ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial strategy and development and management

Commercial excellence program management will includes, but not limited to:

My Total Health, MHH/ICare (Patient activation program)
Consortio (Portfolio contracting)
Call to connect Telesales
Others

Core competencies of the Commercial Excellence manager:

Identify attractive growth opportunities and new customer targets and create value propositions to support and build competitive advantage in co-operation with marketing and sales team
Create the mechanisms and processes to capture, analyses and use market level data to better understand the current competitive environment
Ensure smooth process and alignment across functional teams in market analysis, customer insights and compliance to develop strategic marketing programs
Identify key priorities and gaps to improve existing patient program via deep market and competitors' understanding
Aligning key brand strategies and customize go-to-market initiative to business maximize impact
Leverage on key successful programs from pharma or other industries, commercial excellence projects in ASEAN cluster to share and accelerate learning and development.
Responsible for successful deployment and adoption via constant assessment and feedbacks from various stakeholders for further improvement.
Active participation to sales and marketing local strategic decisions that positively influence sales growth.
Set strategic KPIs and objectives for the team and evaluate the performance to drive continuous
