We already have a great reputation within the space and a very health client pool to tap into.On a day to day basis the core duties for this position will involve:To drive growth the HR/TA market for Skills Alliance across UK and Europe.You will act as a 360 consultant and as such be responsible for both client and candidate developmentScreen resumes and qualify potential candidates about suitable job vacancies.Build talent-pools of candidate resumes and establish yourself within a vertical market.To attend Industry specific conferences and symposia on behalf of Skills Alliance and represent the brand and organization.The successful candidate will be expected to offer constructive, entrepreneurial and forward thinking ideas and concepts to assist in the development and growth of Skills Alliance as a leading Global Pharmaceutical Recruitment business.To drive the development of new clients within the target vertical, by agreeing retained and exclusive working agreements and established terms of business with quality assurance focused companies.As a senior consultant, developing your specified vertical and selling bespoke senior retained assignments and establishing yourself as leader in your field.To achieve consistent and rising revenue generation within the specified vertical of the quality assurance sector.About youWe would ideally be looking at someone with full 360 recruitment experience with an ability to demonstrate client and candidate acquisition.Previous recruitment experience is essentialIdeally you might alresdy have experience working within a HR function or recruiting across HRYou will have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of customers.An ability to listen, learn and apply new ideas quicklyMost importantly, we want to hear from people who always strive to be the best at anything they apply themselves to do.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelIndustryStaffing & RecruitingPharmaceuticalsHuman ResourcesEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionsScienceSalesManagement
