Your new role:You will focus on providing HR guidance to employees and managers and delivering an efficient HR service. This is a full generalist position covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to operational HR tasks, employee relations, training and development and contributing to HR projects. You will support the HR Director and HR Manager and also oversee on a daily basis the HR Administrator. As a truly global team, we partner with our HR colleagues in the US to support the delivery of HR projects with a global reach.What you’ll need to succeed:OHG is a collective network of agencies who have independent minds but are brilliantly connected. Culture across each agency and the type of HR service and approach required will differ. You need to have a ‘can-do’ attitude and able to adopt a flexible approach in the type of HR service you provide. Agency world is fast-paced! So you are someone able to build relationships quickly, with a strong initiative to progress tasks whilst at the same time you are comfortable to flex your style based on your stakeholders. Ideally you are fully CIPD qualified or working towards it. You must have experience working at HR Advisor level already.What you’ll get in return:This is a growing team with an exciting journey!
