Deliver solutions that support all areas of HR including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development and Total Rewards and Employe Service Operations (ESOPS).
In collaboration with HR leadership and stakeholders, ensure HR technology strategy and roadmap is aligned with the overall business plans. Provides oversight of, and acts as transformational lead for, business operations that are based upon systems.
Work with HR functional leaders and IT to review and evaluate technology opportunities and serve as key stakeholder to move formal recommendations forward in support of business objectives
