Job Summary

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is an integral part of the Business Development team, generating phone calls to prospective clients and communicating the scientific and operational benefits of Medpace services.

Responsibilities
Conduct approximately 80 solicitation calls per week;
Develop an in-depth knowledge about the scientific and operational benefits of Medpace services to communicate to prospective clients;
Use business intelligence and market research data to make informed decisions on day to day prioritization around customer solicitation;
Responsible for generating interest from new accounts looking to outsource their clinical development needs in Phase 1 through Phase 4;
Gain commitment from new account decision makers to take part in a General Capabilities Call or Discovery Call with Business Development and/or a Medpace Subject Matter Expert (SME);
Support field business development team;
Respond to customer inquiries;
Estable on-site meetings with prospective and existing customers attending industry conferences;
Maintain contacts with appropriate sales activity data within Medpace-sponsored Customer Relationship Management database; and
May work in tandem with outside business development team to achieve sales goals.
