In This Position, You Will

  • Ensure and support end-to-end launch readiness for tumour agnostic therapies in actionable driver mutations, including actively mapping and profiling stakeholder and experts who are interested in research, scientific information and education in this space.
  • Enable and implement the overarching PHC strategy, covering both product and diagnostic testing to identify and deliver on valuable soltuions that will enable integration of tumor agnostic therapies and comprehensive genomic profiling solutions.
  • Co create impactful solutions with oncologists, pathologist and other stakeholders to help shape and integrate the approach and PHC into clinical practice, including education and research activities.
  • Identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives and activities in collaboration with PHC team, diagnostic teams, other oncology brands and field teams
  • Closely liaise with policy and access teams to navigate successfully the local reimbursement process and to shape the environment for precision medicines, in particular for tumour agnostic therapies.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Have

  • A post-graduate scientific degree in medicine, genomics, biology or related fields ( Ph.D, MD) or a professional degree such as a PharmD or Nursing (Bachelor or Master level degree) are preferred
  • Related work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • In-field experience (min. 2 years)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to successfully navigate a complex organizational matrix
  • Experience in the principles and techniques of complex data analysis, interpretation, and assessment of clinical relevance for the purpose of understanding and communicating clinical study results
  • Extensive experience in delivery of scientific presentations and leading insight gathering/communication is essential
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in oncology required
  • Deep understanding of local health-care system coupled with the ability to understand and address opportunities/gaps for bringing personalized medicine to clinical practice
  • A strong ethical mindset and good understanding of relevant compliance principles and regulations.
  • An entrepreneurial mind-set coupled with a strong desire to work at the forefront of personalized medicine and transform oncology care for the benefit of patients
  • Openness to explore transformational methods and to use new technologies to its full advantage
  • A customer centric mind-set and willingness to spend about 70% of time in the field.
