Who:Fraser Dove is partnered with a globally renowned pharmaceutical leader who are instigating a number of innovative commercial strategies. One exciting development is spread across the Market Access departments, with Fraser Dove currently developing the new HEOR/Epidemiology function for this company.This new program will act as an additional support function within one of the most successful Business Units for the company. Although a new department, the team will collaborate extensively with other existing Market Access and Commercial teams globally to support products in all stages of drug development.What:The Associate Director will hold leadership responsibilities for all Epidemiology related topics, with a large focus on observational study management, project leadership and data assessment & management. Additional responsibilities will be within associated departments linked to global cross-functional collaboration, Market Access Strategy and early clinical development programs.Objectives:This individual's main objectives in order of priority are as follows:(Not Limited To)Epidemiology:Apply proven epidemiological principles and methodologies when managing the design & execution of observational studies. You will manage project team members and other relevant stakeholder groups.Project Management:Plan and lead multi-national projects as part of an integrated HEOR program to support products in all stages of drug development, working cross-functionally with other department representatives during larger scale global projects.Market Access Strategy:Drive the collaborative generation of Market Access strategy related to Payers, their deliverables and also communication through GVDs, publications etc. You will have to effectively work with a range of other teams including the Global Market Access Leaders.Requirements:You will possess the following skills and attributes:An advanced degree in a relevant healthcare/Life Science subject (Minimum MS degree or equivalent in Epidemiology, Health Economics, Public Health, Health Outcomes Research)Proven experience working within HEOR or Epidemiology for a global pharmaceutical employer, with a preference on experience gained within high-level HTA markets.Hands-on experience managing, planning and executing observational research studies is essential, with any other health-related study experience proving an advantage to your application.Excellent command of the English language is essential, with skills in another major European language adding an advantage to your application
