Key Responsibilities

  • Identify national and regional specific opportunities and barriers to ensure corporate success
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional field team to develop and implement strategies to maximize product revenues, reimbursement, formulary access, and product pull-through within key payer channels
  • Develop targeted account management strategies and tactics to facilitate access to Vertex products across all payer segments
  • Collaborate on product and customer strategies to support brand value propositions and secure market access/formulary acceptance of Vertex products
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key personnel at targeted payer accounts with applicable regulations.
  • Ability to travel to and spend time in the corporate headquarters office as well as to travel to customer meetings as required
  • Exhibit ownership and accountability for all projects and internal assignments
  • Provide market place feedback in a timely manner to corporate management, on customer business trends, competitive updates and industry issues and opportunities.
