What you will do:

Product Support -
Work closely with local and off-shore managers to ensure that project deliverables are met with high quality in supporting the Drugs or Common Content databases
Oversee and implement methods and processes for data collection from a range of information sources and to enhance the accuracy and scope of the databasesProduce white papers, research wires and any other reports required by the manager/company
Sales and Client Support

Coordinate and work closely with the India team to ensure that project deliverables are met with high quality
Participate in client training requested by sales and support sales in client meetings
Coordinate and work closely with the India team to ensure that project deliverables are met with high quality
Support the sales team

What you will bring to the table:

A post graduate degree (MS or PhD) in Life Science, or equivalent
A deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry and drug development processes
Basic understanding of the international financial and regulatory environment
Experience in client interactions (written, verbal by web meetings, face to face) is desirable
An experience in maintaining/managing a pharmaceutical database will be highly desirable
Expertise in using Excel and ability to produce PowerPoint presentations
