Description

The Role

• Define and manage a process for Best Practice Sharing across the Softgel Network and with the rest of Catalent. Define and deploy a business unit process for multi-site improvement projects identification, evaluation, prioritization, execution (tracking, reporting) and define and manage a process to collect and transfer knowledge between sites. Jointly develop a process for Best Practices sharing the CI Directors of the other Business Units.
• Be the program manager for the Softgel Operational Excellence Roadmap. Facilitate an operating cadence for reviewing local and cross-site improvements initiatives and evaluating their budgetary impact. Ensure 100% alignment on project benefits with the local and corporate Finance Teams.
• Manage the weekly Softgel SQDC (Safety Quality Delivery and Cost) calls with the sites ensuring metrics are reported timely and consistently.
• Coach and support the Continuous Improvement teams of the Softgel
• When required Support the Softgel Leadership Team and the eXecution Leadership Team with deep dives, specific analysis, maturity assessment, etc. Lead, when necessary, specific improvement initiatives with a multi-site scope

The Candidate

• Bachelor of Science in Technical or Financial Disciplines. Advanced (MS or MBA) degree or Master Black Belt or equivalent certification
• Minimum 10 years
