Description

As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic team, you will:
Analyse production specifications, plant capacity data and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
Be responsible to provide the highest system vs physical material accuracy to support OEE and eliminate planning error due to stock discrepancies.
Manage and improve the material flows from stores to meet production plans and manage stocks
work with your team to monitor capacity of production lines to manage supply vulnerability, support and generate the Master Production Schedules for each relevant production value stream and validate and maintain the Master Data (FG and Materials) in planning systems.

Is this you?
Strong people management skills with experience of managing large teams
Very strong commercial and business knowledge and acumen (on commercial and manufacturing).
Excellent Ms Excel skills
Proven experience of 8- 10 years in production planning as well as experience managing material planning and logistics in a multinational FMCG and/ or Pharmaceutical company.
Educated to a Bachelors degree
Previous customer service experience in an FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Retail environment
DRP/MPS/MRP experience is essential
Must be a RSA citizen.
