• Responsible for implementation of Global Quality systems at site.
• Implementing the audit preparedness plan and action plan
• Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms, etc.
• Ensuring that the teams adhere to all the quality standards & procedures through precision/ calibration and monitoring sessions
• Review of all types of Validation documents like Protocols and Reports for Process validation and cleaning validations etc
• Implementing quality tools to ensure process capability per specification requirements, monitoring the control plan preparing & implementing improvement and corrective action plan
• Writing & reviewing detailed documents explaining about the work and its results in terms of product purity & activity
• Creating an environment that sustains & encourages high performance; motivates teams in optimising their contribution levels
