I briefly introduce myself as Pallavi Deshpande presently working as a Senior Research Associate at Enzene Biosciences Ltd, Pune, India. In my total industrial experience of 5.5+yrs I have been associated with Biotech companies and esteemed academic institutions like Navya Biologicals, IIT Chennai, MIT Manipal and Praj Industries. Have majorly worked in purification process development and successful scale up of various mAbs , Bacterial proteins(Fabs, peptibodies) and also in the Business development domain.

 Enzene Biosciences Ltd (my current employer) provided me with an opportunity to be a part of Business development team based on my communication, team handling and creative presentation skills and in this amazing experience for year have gained knowledge in managing out and in licensing opportunities, partnering, and initiation of pharmaceutical contacts and using scientific background to analyse further pipeline additions and maintain strategic intelligence.
