I had worked on bulk antigen production for pertussis vaccine and for pneumococcal vaccine.and now I am working downstream of plasma proteins mainly albumin, intravenous immunoglobulin G, igG, blood clotting factors 8 and 9, prothrombin and fibrinogen on a large scale.

Well versed in downstream processing and equipment handling

Having good knowledge of large and small scale  of various chromatography like ion exchange, affinity, and HIC.

Filtration techniques like depth filteration,Ultra, dia and micro filteration, virus Filtration and sterile filtration

Involved in validation and revalidation of equipments and systems like autoclave, HVAC, cold rooms, incubator and fermenter

Involved in process validation and scale up 

Also worked in molecular biology as I validate the process of extraction of dsRNA(viral RNA ) from fungus and this viral RNA is used as a biopesticide.
