Restructured the IT department for implementation of Credible EHR, Intergy EHR and Microsoft Dynamics GP. Created Interfacing for each 3rd party application to both EMR. Reengineered the CISCO infrastructure for efficiency of e-hosted application access. Designed and implemented Video Conferencing system which was the basis for the Telehealth pilot project. Led the application development team in numerous projects including automation of all DCF and state reporting of services, Dynamics GP customization, Credible Behavioral EHR, Interface of Credible, Intergy and Dynamics using Dynamics Smart List engine and SharePoint, Project leader of Client portal for medical record access. Maintain current and appropriate body of knowledge necessary to perform the information security management function. Created and chaired Security and Compliance committee for all HIPAA related issues including policy, workflow efficiencies, breach notifications and Business Associate Agreements.
