Professional Experience:

Miami Cancer Institute- Baptist Health Care System, Miami, FL

Radiation Oncology from 4/2017 to present.

Physician Assistant employed by a large oncology practice based in the radiation therapy department at MCI. Work with mainly 2 supervising Physicians in the clinical aspect of patients receiving radiation therapy. Responsibilities include performing history and physical exams on consultation, managing side effects from radiation oncology, and seeing all follow up patients; the latter to perform independently on many occasions; order and interpret laboratory data as well as radiographic images and implement changes accordingly. Coordinate procedures and plan of care with pertinent staff. Member of the rapid response team.

Gastroenterology PA-C from 9/2014 to 3/2017.

Interviewed patients and/or parents, reviewed medical histories and performed physical exams.
