With the use of micro dialysis techniques and Bioanalytical method validation FDA guidelines. I was able

to assist a PhD student using analytes (Lidocaine and Prilocaine) in developing calibration curves, stability tests

(i.e. freeze-thaw and bench top) and in-vitro studies; all methods were analyzed through HPLC. Also,

independently did some work on metronidazole using similar techniques. These experiments were conducted

under the supervision of Dr. Grazia Stagni.

Research Assistant/ St. Josephs CollegeBrooklyn, NY

Topic: Solar Cells; Assisted senior student, Pamela Djan, in the laboratory for her senior thesis. Responsibilities

included constructing dyed solar cells that contained different berries. Examined the dyed solar cells under a light

source and recorded the voltage data. Also, using UV-Vis Spectrum tested acidic, neutral, and basic concentrations of

berries. This research was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Jeonghee Kang.
