Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Essential To This Position Duties & Responsibilities Ability to design, implement and execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business processes and associated applications Comfortable with Project Management software and entering data for all projects Knowledge of and ability to implement effective strategies and activities that promote long-term customer loyalty Strength in leading/influencing cross functional team members to completion of projects Knowledge of project management skills to identify, coordinate, communicate, schedule and determine resources for each project and customer activity Familiarity with organization's policies, standards and procedures guiding customer interactions Knowledge of practices, tools, and techniques for communicating with a customer Knowledge of and ability to apply the processes, activities and tools associated with managing customer requests Essentials to Success Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in particular in the Corrugate/packaging industry Bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to work at an offsite location Strong oral and written communication skills, both one-on-one and in small groups Excellent presentation skills Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills Attention to detail Deadline driven and sensitive to project timelines Customer service oriented with regard to Account Managers and Clients Excellent relationship building skills
