Job description We are presently recruiting for a full?time Business Account Manager, Eye Care to join the Eye Care and Gastroenterology Business Unit, reporting to Associate Director, Alan Banting. The Business Account Manager will cover the territory of Hamilton/Guelph/Oakville/ /Niagara/Sudbury to sell Allergan's Eye Care product line (Lumigan RC, Combigan & Restasis). Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, Eye Care, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations in accordance with approved marketing plans and company policies to attain or exceed profit plan for the above territory. For this position, the ideal candidate is required to possess a University degree, with emphasis in Business or Science, and three or more years of experience in sales, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry. Experience in Territory Management is preferred. In addition, the candidate must have good business acumen coupled with excellent selling, communication and computer skills. The position may require travel as determined by the business need (including some evenings and/or weekends). The incumbent will ensure compliance with Allergan and industry policies and procedures, including safety rules and will complete administrative responsibilities, as required, on time.
