Description


Responsibilities: · Manage production deliverables, maintain production on-time and error rates. · Research production issues to determine root cause analysis and recommend remediation · Escalate production issues to appropriate work teams to facilitate on-time delivery · Review production work flows and identify opportunities for increased efficiencies in the production delivery system · Manage team calendars and daily/weekly/monthly priorities for account managers and project teams; keep track of key team objectives and manage focus toward those objectives · Support project teams in scheduling client status update meetings and other team client meetings · Build effective relationships with client support teams · Ensure all work  documents are current on our file-sharing system · Initiate drafts of client deliverables and client communications (PowerPoint, Word) · Provide administrative support to Account Managers and Project Managers, including time sheets, expense reports, and coordinating travel · Maintain working knowledge of the substance and status of all open engagements and business development opportunities   Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree · Hyper-organized and accurate with outstanding execution skills · Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel PowerPoint and Outlook · Superior project management skills in tracking and monitoring workflow; JIRA is a plus · Inquisitive nature and resolution to understand root cause of production problems · Natural organizer with a very high level of attention to detail; someone who will proactively catch things and carry them to completion · The ability to juggle many balls in the air without letting anything drop, loving the thrill of the challenge · Confident communication skills and enjoys getting to know people, leveraging EQ to establish new relationships internally and with clients · Excellent interpersonal skills to work with different personality types, voice a clear and concise point of view, and be assertive enough to get the attention of busy individuals · High emotional intelligence with a desire to be challenged to be your best · An upbeat and flexible attitude. Things move fast and they change frequently.
