• Managing Company Product portfolio productivity
• Reporting and advisory on product positioning, pricing, viability and compliance
• Reporting on profitability per product and category and developing product marketing budgets and plans for various flagship products.
• Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking within the industry to identify gaps in product offering that Sidai Africa can leverage on.
• Develop strategic partnerships with international companies and suppliers in the aim of acquiring superior product offering and developing new and differentiated products.
• Manage and coordinate the supply chain for effective planning of products to ensure availability as per demand.
• Provide oversight management to the manufacturing process
• Develop and manage product development life cycle to ensure new and existing products are relevant and profitable to the business as well as develop effective Route to Market strategies and product launches.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related
• 5 years’ experience in product, business development and sales from the industry
• Understanding of veterinary pharmaceutical industry either in livestock or crop
• International business exposure is a critical requirement
• Relationship management and Key account management skills and experience
