Responsibilities Include: Maximize revenue growth opportunities in a predefined geographic territory consistent with or exceeding management’s budgeted expectations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Call on health care professionals (Surgeons and other practitioners in a clinic or hospital setting) within a specific geographic area. Conduct sales visits with physician based and pharmacy resellers. Detail products, close new business, and upsell additional products within existing reseller accounts. Organize and detail specific field notes on all account activities on a daily and weekly basis to be housed within the company’s CRM. Conduct support group nutritional presentations and in-services to patients and referral sources directly. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in outside business to business sales with a proven track record of success. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives. Well-developed written and oral communication skills. Applies a range of traditional and non-traditional problem-solving techniques to think through and solve issues creatively to improve performance and company effectiveness. Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with employees and external contacts at all levels, demonstrating the awareness of their needs and responding with the appropriate action. Computer Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Hubspot experience a plus! Overnight travel is required with 50% - 75% expected travel within 3 state territory.
