  • Position will be responsible managing field sales operations in allocated territory.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities  
    • Product promotion in assigned customer segments: Institutes (Hospitals), Physicians including endocrinologists, internal medicine, family practitioners, Diabetes educators, etc..
    • Retail and private business monitoring and regular trade checks, ensuring product availability, movement and brand share,
    • Conduct training to healthcare workers as well as awareness and advocacy on disease prevalence, arranging sessions addressed to medical fraternity, key opinion groups
    • Develop and engage Key opinion leaders advocates for creating awareness and educating people against diseases,
    • Work with partner’s organizations and their sales team i.e. insulin manufacturers
    • Territory management i.e. effective coverage for assigned products in the assigned area, enhancing customer base, establishing brand image etc..
    • Reporting requirements i.e. monthly and quarterly work plans and travel schedules, sales data analysis and segmentation. Presenting and submission of territory plans in quarterly plan meetings,
    • Business growth through conversion management i.e. conversion of targeted accounts in respective segment,
    • Data collection i.e. list of accounts, market intelligence, customer audits and special assignments and surveys requiring customer feedback,
    • Supporting product group activities such as product launches, promotional campaigns and activities as envisaged in the marketing plan, latest BD tools.

  Requirements
  • Should have Bachelor’s, Business and/or Marketing degree is a plus.
  • Must have at least 2-4 years proven successful professional experience in the Pharmaceutical/Medical device or related Industry.
  • Experience with OTC sales or in FMCG market segment.
  • Alternative qualifications could be considered, dependent upon professional experience.
  • Fluent English is an advantage
  • Professional and efficient use of PC and other communication technologies
