Job Definition:
We are looking for an
“HR Specialist” which is playing a vital role in supporting HR strategies, policies and procedures regarding recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & organizational development, employee engagement and succession planning processes at the company.
- Conducting recruitment processes including sourcing talents, maintaining recruitment channels, making interviews with candidates and finalizing the procedures
- Organize an effective onboarding process for new hires
- Work collaboratively with HR team to design and develop high-quality learning programs based on identified training needs
- Support performance evaluation, talent management and development planning processes
- Coordinate & provide support to HR projects
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree from reputable universities
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR department with a similar job description
- Excellent command of English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
- Team oriented mindset
- Multi-tasking within a demanding and fast paced environment
- Good problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail
- Assertiveness, pro-activeness, and the ability to think ahead
Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical sector experience
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), especially on Workday
