On a day-day basis the core duties for this position will involve: Day to day the individual will help support senior members of staff with any Administration and HR duties. You will be responsible for your own projects which includes the following task
  • Basic Office Management duties
  • Scheduling and co-ordinating events, training plans etc.
  • Leading all HR related work including: - Maintaining and continuous development of all employee records, policies and procedures - Grievance and disciplinary procedures - Training on new HR initiatives -Supporting Employee wellbeing programme
  • Overseeing all IT and telecoms as well as managing relationships with external suppliers
  • Adhoc project administration
  • Some account management responsibilities
  Role requirements:
  • Previous experience/exposure of working within a fast moving office environment, delivering to deadlines with different priorities.
  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Previous HR experience is essential
  • CIPD qualification is desirable
  • Ideally you will have strong analytical skills
  • Good IT skills and proficient in Office 365
  • Ability to prioritise work, multi-tasking where necessary, in a highly demanding and ever  changing environment.
