Your job role and responsibilities as Office Manager:  
  • All management of our office including compliance with health and safety requirements and general maintenance of the office spaces
  • Management of all third party suppliers providing services to our office and where appropriate researching alternative suppliers and making recommendations
  • Assisting IT department with day to day support and management of team issues.
  • Assist with induction for new starters and and exit process for leavers
  • To meet and greet all guests visiting our office and answer the main office landline
  • Management of office budget
  • Organisation of our daily office breakfast
  • Organisation of office events
  • To undertake any other ad hoc duties as requested by line management
  Your job role and responsibilities as Executive Assistant:  
  • To support the CEO & Executive team in the administrative & organisational elements of their work.
  • Booking hotels, flights and car rentals as needed
  • Completing expense reports and subsequent reconciliation into budgeting system
  • Managing Sales & Marketing team budget
  • Keeping the company website up to date
  Your key skills:  
  • Mature and responsible attitude with a high level of discretion
  • Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Proactive with ability to anticipate, communicate and resolve issues with minimal guidance
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience using Google Drive Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Flexible, be prepared to work unsociable hours including weekends (only in exceptional circumstances)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and have the right to work in the UK
  • At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
  • The minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
  Benefits:
  • Performance related bonus scheme
  • Starting allowance of 22 days holiday a year
  • Salary of £26-30K (depending on experience)
