Description


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be the day-to-day contact for International eBusiness, oversee the running of the international websites, as well as delivering the wider deployment roadmap
  • Key focus on driving the International eBusiness strategy and objectives, supporting success at the market level
  • Day-to-day lead for deployment roadmaps and models consistent with the wider Organisational objectives
  • Manage and support markets for individual content production and SEO improvements to increase natural search traffic and online marketing; to PPC, Affiliate, SEO, Display and Email
  • Devise and support effective customer acquisition and retention programmes throughout International
  • Work with Analysts to optimise the customer journey through constant review of product classification and site ordering. Can devise and execute own analytical scenarios to drive sales growth and profitability optimisation
  • Work with local markets and strategic partners to understand key focuses and ensure high level of traffic pages are presented in the best way.
  • Working with senior management to devise appropriate product deployment plans and roadmaps
  • Leading deployment teams in a hands-on delivery and coaching role, coordinate with other cross-functional teams to ensure full knowledge of the product evolution lifecycle
  • Work with Head of eBusiness to develop the Global Design strategy and lead product requirements translation into technical user stories, with wireframes etc
  • Producing and maintaining product deployment kits, training and coaching materials
  • Coordinate release communications and release notes
  • Monitor that products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
    PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Travel requirement: approx. 15%
  • Located UK or Ireland, ability to have flexible approach to working hours to accommodate International time zones.
  • Fluency in English required, other languages a plus
