Position Purpose: We are looking for a passionate entry-level Data Management Analyst professional for our Madrid Production Hub office! The primary focus of the role will be to maintain Switzerland product reference databases mainly in the Consumer Health area, as part of the latest phases of a project where Swiss Reference system is being re-engineered. The product data, which must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date, appears in a wide range of databases and publications used by the company’s customers. If you want to play a key role in a big and international team across a fast moving, growing business unit, this could be the role for you! What to expect: Maintenance of Product Reference Data for Switzerland involves, at least: Update IQVIA product reference databases with new products data and changes Client query management and resolution Contact laboratories and client services team to get and confirm product information Search, gather and analyze input data from internal and external sources Classify products, standardize and group data according to the company hierarchies and business rules Identify and resolve routine exceptions and issues Perform quality control of data and apply corrections as required Maintain documentation of Procedures. Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements Bachelor Degree in Life Science (preferably in Pharmacy) is a must. German language skills and high level of English language recommended (interview will be conducted in these languages) Work experience in pharmaceutical product information or in the pharmaceutical industry and/or have a familiarity with pharmaceutical and consumer health products and terminology is a big plus. Experience of a production environment with workload prioritization would be advantageous. Valuable experience maintaining and updating databases. Good organizational, team work and communication skills are required. Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems. Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately within the pressure of tight deadlines. Ability to think out-of-the-box to resolve problems on non-routine matters. Computer literate.
