Job Description
- Developing and managing Market Plans in the context of the consumer, expert, trade and competitive set.
- Responsible for in-market new product launches brilliantly leveraging area launch models.
- Consistently deploy winning claims working closely with area, regulatory and medical teams.
- Planning, managing and deploying working media to optimize brand consumption and sales growth.
- Building strong agency partnerships to deliver world class activation.
- Contributing to global innovation scoping and forecasting process to ensure successful product launches.
- Working with Finance team to analyze the P&L and identify the impact of alternative actions.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidates based in Saudi Arabia only
- Degree level - BA/ BSc in Marketing or any degree
- With 3-5 years experience as a Product/ Brand Manager
- Experience in leading brand activation
- Experience within consumer healthcare or FMCG industry
- Able to operate independently, influencing senior management and effectively leading and developing teams
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
