Key tasks and responsibilities: Participate in the audit preparation lifecycle: Liaison with different stakeholders involved in the audit lifecycle. Liaison with customers, mainly pharmaceutical companies. Audit organization (scheduling, auditors’ allocation, etc.) Prepare and review of audit technical documentation Required skills: Essential fluent in English (speaking and writing) Highly valued fluency in German (speaking and writing) Lifesciences degree highly valued (Chemistry, Pharmacist, Biology, etc.) Excellent written and oral communication at all levels Ability to work as part of a team Attention to detail in communication and planning Experience in a multidisciplinary department Excellent multi-tasking and organisation skills Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work on own initiative Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge highly valued Salary negotiable depending on qualification and experience Seniority Level Associate Industry Pharmaceuticals Employment Type Full-time Job Functions Management Customer Service Project Management
