Description
Basic Job Purpose: To plan and monitor the activities in producing pharmaceutical products utilizing the available resources in order to satisfy the marketing requirements. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. To plan production schedules in order to achieve the availability of finished products on time. 2. To update Demand Management (MD04) to obtain an ideal master material requirement plan (MRP). 3. To manage to the optimum level all available company’s resources like machines and materials to achieve the established operating standard costs. 4. To balance and calculate the load of months equally by utilizing and optimizing available resources in order to be cost effective. 5. To monitor production schedules in order to ensure that finished goods commitment are served on time. 6. To perform other tasks, as assigned and when only required. Desired Education, Skills and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or any related equivalent. With at least 5 years of work experience at a pharmaceutical company, or with a combination of 8 years of related experience. - Strong GMP/HSE/ISO Knowledge. - Strong aptitude for math/analytical. - Fluency in English Language (Verbal & written). - Exposure to all activities of Production Planning & Inventory Control processes. - Proficient in business application software. - Effective communicator. - Ability to interact with others respectfully. - Problem-solving approaches & decision making. - Meticulous attention to detail. - Speed and accuracy.
