Your role As a Pharmaceutical Sector Manager, you will be asked to: Lead the Pharma Industry practice, to further practice development, thought leadership and business Develop commercial approaches Ensure quality of the service Lead and/or manage projects in the industry Write articles and papers on challenges and regulatory matters to position Altran brand in Pharma sector Initiate and deliver business development leads standalone or with Altran Life Science and Health (LSH) team Define project approach and lead delivery providing clear analytical insights and strategy advisory on the matter to the client Coordinate advisory services with Altran LSH Industrial Division to provide a single go to market and project approach Deliver clear, succinct and robust expert reports from a technical perspective and didactic for non-technical third parties Support, mentor, knowledge sharing and development of team members As the face of Altran Business Consulting, you must quickly develop a deep understanding of our services in Pharmaceutical Industry domain and unique integrated value proposition so that you can collaborate with clients and partners to provide support for their business needs. This position reports to our Unit Director and requires cross-functional teamwork with our technical, project, consulting and account professionals. A Successful Pharma Manager Will Have Experience In Complex sales process Proven experience in emerging technologies and trends in the industry Your profile Requirements Academic background (mínimum) Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemical sciences or similar Complementary studies and/or certifications in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration Minimum experience Required At least 5 years of full Pharmaceutical sector experience, including sales experience Knowledge and skills required Industrial expertise in Biopharmaceutical and totally Synthesized Pharmaceuticals business, as well as Medical Devices Pharmaceutical Laboratories products Integration Market Access of new products R&D drugs agreements GMP/FDA Assurance and compliance Product pricing models / risk sharing Significant practical experience in technology areas of pharmaceutical companies (EBR-MES, RIM, LIMS, Serialization, QMS, CMMS, ERP) GMP and CSV (computerized system validation) validation knoweledge Production and supply chain processes knoweledge in Pharma Quality Assurance: SOP lifecycle management according to FDA/GMP, Change Controls, In Process Controls, etc Data governance and integrity. Alcoa. Anticounterfeiting User Requirements management Large scale project management, with Client Management strong skills and team worker Attention to detail, rigor and tenacity Advanced written skills Verbal, interpersonal skills and client facing skills Tenacity and persistence balanced with integrity and professionalism is the perfect combination English and Spanish bilingual both oral and written, other languages are a plus
