Description


Duties And Responsibilities
Working with the VP HR and business leaders to embed the overall Clarivate people strategy and ensure this relevant to the business/function
Playing a key role in supporting business transformation projects and initiatives from planning and development through to implementation
Focusing on talent and assessing talent across the functions to ensure deep and valuable understanding and knowledge of key talent and critical roles within the business
Partnering the business leaders to drive and differentiate performance across their organizations
Working with the business leaders to create effective and useful talent plans
Working closely with the business to identify succession plans and ensuring each function has quality and robust bench-strength in their succession for key positions
Using metrics and analytics regularly to help support business strategies, identify talent trends and make astute recommendations to the VP HR and Regional HR teams
Partnering collaboratively with Regional HR teams on day to day challenges faced by the customer
Where necessary, making the right compensation recommendations that are related to driving a performance culture and embedding a performance focus across each function
Effectively liaising with the Clarivate Talent and Development team to ensure global processes and best practices are followed
Providing consulting services to projects within each business area where there is an identified need from a people/organizational strategy perspective
Supporting all efforts around employee engagement, ensuring follow up and action planning from annual employee survey
Supporting the VP HR to determine future people and organization strategies in order to drive growth and efficiency goals.
Working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to support and drive recruitment activities when required to ensure each business area attracts high- quality talent into the business in a timely way whilst ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Knowledge, Skills, And Capabilities Required
Proven HR experience to include time spent in a strategic HR Generalist or HRBP role
Global experience within fast-paced, heavily matrixed environments
Demonstrated success partnering with senior level business clients and experience in developing and implementing change initiatives with a solid track record for delivering results
Ability to be flexible and comfortable working in a changing environment
Highly effective coaching and consulting skills with a proven track record in quickly gaining credibility and partnering collaboratively with business leaders
Proven customer-centric focus; ability to influence culture, drive change and create alignment between business goals and behaviors that drive performance
Experience working autonomously, making sound judgments and providing appropriate recommendations within complex organizations
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Results oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to quickly learn, understand and remain current on the drivers to company performance, the industry, customer segments, the company value proposition and how the business retains competitive advantage in the marketplace
Strong written/oral communication skills, effective presentation and facilitation abilities
Bachelors' degree required; relevant HR accreditation preferred
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, HRIS systems (Workday is used although specific experience not essential)
