Description
The Role
Provide direction of group activities as necessary, resolution of problems/issues with contractors, vendors, and internal and external clients.
Track the progress towards completion of scheduled workloads, reassign resources to meet timelines.
Dataset administrator for the CAL and HPLCAC datasets and resolve technical issues and implement changes for various equipment/instrumentation.
Train and mentor staff on equipment, procedures, and systems. Also interview, staff for hiring needs and prepare associate performance reviews.
Review IQ/OQ/PQ and Periodic Reviews for various equipment, instrument, and utility equipment.
Manage the met rics program for assigned associates including utilization, on time delivery and right the first-time statistics.
