Job Description

In order to support its fast and sustainable growth, Eurofins Scientific is hiring for its international Talent Acquisition Team in Brussels.

You are an ambassador of Eurofins Scientific as a trusted recruiting partner providing advice and guidance on sourcing strategies to attract the best of class candidates to the Group.

  • Be responsible for the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment cycle from A-Z (from draft of Position Description up to signature of the Offer Letter)
  • Lead local and remote Recruitment Researchers to generate ideas, leverage existing resources (Eurofins ATS, social media, databases and any other open sources) and share information that facilitates an effective sourcing and candidate attraction strategy
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for the Senior Leadership and work closely with the Heads of the different Department and Divisions
  • Conduct recruitment interviews and provide feedback to the candidates after participating to the selection process.
  • Work on improving candidate experience maintaining a very close relationship to attract high potentials.
  • Update the recruitment database according to the sourcing process.
  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Managers Team in sharing, improving processes and implementing recruitment best practices
  • Balancing deadlines and deliverable for multiple searches at one time
  • Animate update meetings with the internal clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of full cycle middle-to-senior level recruitment experience in an agency (Executive Search) or corporate environment
  • Master degree is preferable
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communications skills (written and verbally)
  • Eager learner
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Networker to identify outstanding candidates
  • Used to a fast pace environment
  • Entrepreunarial spirit
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in German
