AdMed is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused leader for our Account Executives (AE) in the pharma, science academic, or biotech industry. This role will be a key player in developing and executing sales plans, and innovating platforms from initiation through relationship management. This position will also be responsible for leading and managing the AE department.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure company financial goals (organic and new business) are met
- Promote an open working environment where information and ideas can be shared
- Assist in the development of sales and client management skills of junior staff
- Growing, inspiring and developing a career plan for direct reports and junior staff
- Identification of new opportunities with current client engagements
- Follow up with marketing-generated leads
- Lead external business growth opportunities (new business pitches, prospecting)
- Assisting the team with reaching out to prospects within assigned accounts with the goal of setting up a capabilities meeting and securing new business
