QUICK SUMMARY OF BD EXECUTIVE:

Income: A successful BD Executive can earn in excess of $500,000/year, with unlimited earnings potential
Location: Anywhere in the U.S.
Travel: Must be able and willing to travel at least 40-60%
Support: In addition to working with extremely high caliber colleagues, BD Executives are surounded by a team of dedicated subject-matter experts committed to ensuring a smooth transition and successful team effort
Opportunity: High performance may lead to future management roles and potential equity involvement

The successful candidate for the BD role MUST have:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited four-year college/university
An existing base of executive level (C-suite) contacts at potential clients (Chemical, Pharma, Transportation, Industrial Manufacturing companies with over $3B in annual revenue)
Sense of urgency, self-motivation, and highest regard for customer service in pursuing new accounts and conducting business with Revenew clients
Strong networking skills; a natural networker able to develop client relationships
Great attention to details and ability to manage conflicting priorities and projects simultaneously
Proven consultative selling skills, ability to become trusted advisor for client decision makers and influencers
Exceptional coummunications skills (verbal and written), for successful interviews and presentations with clients to develop business opportunities and maintain ongoing relationships

Ideal candidate for this BD role should:
Enjoy being in a true "hunter" BD role
Have proven track record in a national sales/BD capacity
Be able to "hit the ground running" and add immediate impact
Successfully sign on 2-3 new significant accounts within first 12 months of employment
