Job Description

In summary, the BM will:
Be responsible for the daily management of clients. This includes (but not limited to):
Ensuring jobs are trafficked through the agency in a timely and cost effective manner
Ensuring the delivery of final material is on time and of a high standard
Providing estimates that are reflective of agency involvement and work within client budgets
Generation of key documents such as contact reports and timelines.
Work with the Agency team - Creatives, Studio, Production, Strategy Planner and Media - to ensure campaigns are produced in a timely and cost effective manner.
Be able to confidently and effectively communicate with Product Managers throughout the healthcare industry.
Work towards the generation of new business, either from the current client base or through new clients.

Necessary skills and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have
Complete understanding of and adherence to agency processes.
Well organised, with excellent attention to detail.
High level time management skills.
Strong writing, analytical and presentation skills.
Tertiary education in communications, marketing or science.
Passion for bottom-line results and delivery of premium customer service.
A good understanding of the medical and pharmacy industry including terminology, structure and jargon.
Product, industry and market knowledge in ethical, OTC and specialty healthcare.
Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of media terminology for both medical and consumer media.
Familiarity with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and ASMI approval process.
