Description


Responsibilities
Co-responsible for the achievement of the monthly booking targets
Management of communications with national and international customers for continuous update on orders and shipments
Operate in line with the instructions received, the approved plans/strategies, company policies and procedures of the Sales Department
Respect and follow US and international regulations on anti-boycott, dual-use and visual compliance
Management of the registration, handling and management of orders
Check the level of satisfaction of the services provided to the customer, offering assistance in resolving the possible problems reported and responding to requests for information

Activities
Issue quotations and manage orders autonomously according to customer price lists or historical data
Order registration, progress supervision and management of communications, including clients
