WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS ROLE?
As a Software Developer with our company, you will be developing specialized SaaS Web-based analytical software that will manage large data sets for the scientific, pharmaceutical, healthcare and biotechnology industries. You will be working with Java, AJAX, Oracle and SQL Server technologies and other web technologies like Spring, Hibernate, ExtJS, JavaScript, Amazon EC2, RDS and Liquidbase to develop SaaS based technology for these industries.

You will be working in an Agile / Scrum environment, involved in both new product development as well as continuous improvement development of existing products, including new features and functionalities. This role requires exceptional communications and interaction skills, as you'll be working closely with your team, customers, product management teams. You will be not only involved in new and improvement development, but also in developing prototypes, proof of concepts and pilot software solutions.

In this role you will be working at all levels of the application stack and working with customers to customize data analytics software to their specific business needs. You will also be involved in creating intuitive user interfaces as well as backend software, easy for our customers to use and get the results they need. You will be building scalable solutions that handle large complex data sets.
