Key Responsibilities
To work in collaboration with colleagues within the organization to identify best solutions/approaches including liaison with internal and external clients
Monitor and maintain Software Development helpdesk function
Create end-user support documentation and training material to support efficient use of existing commercial systems
Create the correct documentation in line with departmental procedures such as Request For Change, Project Plans, Functional Specifications, Release Forms.
Contributes towards systems development strategy from both a technical and commercial perspective, e.g. adding additional functionality to systems
Develop within an Agile Methodology
Ensure all processes both existing and new are documented to the highest level
Perform database administration in terms of modifications to the structure, ensuring encryption of sensitive data, manipulating and cleansing data as appropriate
Create test plan and perform unit level testing
Technical Essential Skills:
Required to have at least 2-3 years working experience
C#.Net
MVC
ASP.Net (Framework 4 and above)
XML
Javascript (including jQuery and jQuery UI)
HTML5
CSS3
Microsoft SQL Server 2012 to present version
Competent in architecting client-side apps and web applications
