The Role
Exceed sales targets through unit growth over previous year and market share acquisition
Complete required number of educational functions within allocated budget
Achieve required standard of sales calls which includes working away from home once a week in approximately every six weeks
Work effectively in territory team, contributing to team success
Develop relationships with healthcare professionals
Develop and maintain a high level of technical/ professional knowledge and skill (including selling skills)

What You Will Have
High energy and a desire to achieve
Tertiary qualifications (preferably in Science/ Medicine or Business)
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
Field sales experience will be viewed desirably
Genuine interest to forge a career in the pharmaceutical industry

High drive for results and initiative
Strong planning and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear communicator
