We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word
• Proven top tier sales experience and performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Highly motivated and goal driven
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Reside in Tulsa or NW Arkansas area
• Sales territory includes parts of Oklahoma, NW Arkansas and Missouri
  
  

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers (ortho/podiatry/family practice)
• Visits 8-10 target physicians and 1-3 pharmacies per day
• Prospect and contact potential customers and specialty pharmacies
• Assess clients' needs and present suitable promoted products
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline (very goal specific)
• Make appointments for breakfast and lunch time presentations
• Provide product information and deliver samples
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions
• Work with Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Build positive trust relationships with healthcare providers
• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
• File bi-weekly expense reports
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
