We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word
- Proven top tier sales experience and performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Highly motivated and goal driven
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Reside in Tulsa or NW Arkansas area
- Sales territory includes parts of Oklahoma, NW Arkansas and Missouri
Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers (ortho/podiatry/family practice)
- Visits 8-10 target physicians and 1-3 pharmacies per day
- Prospect and contact potential customers and specialty pharmacies
- Assess clients' needs and present suitable promoted products
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline (very goal specific)
- Make appointments for breakfast and lunch time presentations
- Provide product information and deliver samples
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions
- Work with Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
- Build positive trust relationships with healthcare providers
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
- File bi-weekly expense reports
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
