Job Summary

Provides administrative support to senior executives. This position requires moderate supervision and direction and receives guidance with respect to general objectives. In the majority of tasks and projects assigned, there will be determined methods, work sequence, and scheduling on how to achieve objectives of assignments.

Job Responsibilities

Screens incoming calls, correspondence and responds independently when possible.

Arranges programs, events, or conferences, arranges for facilities, caterer, issuing information, invitations, coordinates speakers, and controls the budget.

Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, presentations and other complex documents.

Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.

Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel- related meetings.

Works closely with Office Manager / Executive Assistant and supports Office Administration with departmental responsibilities.

Completes expense reports for Executives as needed.

Collaborates across departments to help plan events and initiatives.

Represents office interests in relationships with external associates, including vendors, consultants, and clients

Job Requirements
    • Education: Associate degree
    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Strong knowledge of MS Office Systems, including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Superior organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Strong initiative, self-motivation, planning skills. Demonstrated accuracy and attention to details . Ability to work independentl. Excellent customer service capabilities
