The Staff Recruiter will have the exciting opportunity to make an important and lasting impact on the continued explosive growth and future of Corbus Pharmaceuticals. In this role, youll be empowered to build your career by recruiting for and advising several key functional leaders on the strategy and execution of securing top talent for a thriving Phase III pharmaceutical company with a meaningful mission and compelling culture.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of recruitment and sourcing strategies for key positions in various functional areas at Corbus Pharmaceuticals
  • End-to-end candidate management
  • Work closely with the hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop strategic sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
  • Use social media, networking, Internet recruiting, referrals, college recruiting, association memberships, direct recruiting and other creative methods to source and secure candidates
  • Assist in coordination of telephone, Zoom and on-site interviews
  • Support and advise hiring managers through all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Research and develop compensation information. Prescreen and interview qualified candidates. Collect interview feedback. Assist in facilitation of hiring decisions. Conduct reference checks. Structure offers and close candidates
  • Participate in the implementation of projects and policies related to the recruitment process within HR and across the business, including through HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance
  • Manage and document all candidate communication and actions through Corbus ATS, including developing and delivering various hiring reports
  • Communicate effectively with interview teams and ensure their preparedness throughout interview process while fostering a pleasant and positive candidate experience
