Responsibilities Include;

  • Provide medical information by researching and responding to medical inquiries from approved resources
  • Collaborate closely with pharmaceutical companies to ensure that relevant information is provided to the customer
  • Communicate with doctors, pharmacists, caregivers and patients, and resolve a wide variety of customer requests, inquiries, and/or complaints
  • Document customer interactions, including Adverse Events and Product Complaints
  • Provide high quality services and support your team to exceed client expectations

To be success in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and obtain new skills/competencies, you be developing excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective communication capabilities. You should also have strong customer/client service skills and the ability to organize and prioritize yourself effectively
