Coordinate matrix-selling environment tailored to maximize market segment growth.
Communicate and train the extended team on the agreement pillars, results and gain feedback.
Serve as primary contact point for global accounts.
Manage the pricing across a global scale in conjunction with the pricing coordinator to maintain competitiveness with growth and maintain profitability.
Negotiate with manufactures to leverage specific pricing and programs.
Lead customer and board presentations and contract proposals to new opportunities and existing accounts.
Facilitate the appropriate VWR/Avantor resources in conjunction with the extended selling teams, supply chain, contract administration, pricing, reporting etc.
