    • Participate in visioning and forming effective paid search strategies
    • Defining roadmap, budget allocation, target KPIs and monitoring mechanisms for all search channels
    • Developing, planning and executing a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels in line with common strategy and agreed tactics
    • Planning, automate and frequently perform multivariate testing of bidding strategies, landing pages, target audience, ad copies, site links, extensions, search queries mining etc to improve ROI at scale
    • Creating and writing engaging copy for adverts
    • Tracking KPIs and producing a detailed analysis. and reports of campaigns
    • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
    • Collaborating with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
    • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying

Requirements
    • 3 years of experience in paid search - proven experience as a PPC Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist
    • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks
    • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.)
    • Highly analytical and comfortable analyzing and translating data from web analytics tools into actionable SEM and display strategies
    • Excellent communications, skills in stakeholder management, and test and learn the mindset
    • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
    • Comfortable working as an individual contributor - think big picture or roll up sleeves to execute as the situation calls for (e.g. work with digital marketing assets, creative testing)
    • Hands on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
    • A start-up attitude
