Job Summary
The main responsibility of the role is to prepare countries in the region to launch Amgen pipeline assets locally. This role will work in tandem with global marketing (PSTs, CST, marketing network) and countries on pipeline launch plans. Deep and recent understanding of Japan, Australian, South East Asian and China markets will be critical to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with all the necessary cross-functional teams to define critical success factors for launches including, costs, FTE needs, development program, regulatory hurdles and commercial needs to launch brands
- Defining the sales potential for all new pipeline products for the region, defining the margin and assess financial impact of manufacturing options.
- Track the stages of development to ensure each product achieves launch date. Provide correction plan to resolve issues that may slow down development and decision making
- Maintain an entrepreneur spirit by making fast, robust decisions which are cost effective.
