Job description
What you will be doing

Manage key pharmaceutical client internal and external engagement activities, providing successful quality and commercial management of delivery
Take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from briefing to delivery stage and post project reviews ensuring WRG Create Unforgettable approach and methodology, and in accordance with client MSA and SLAs
Be a main point of contact for client stakeholders for new enquiries
Be a point of escalation for client stakeholders for quality or financial discussions
Lead and manage a variety of delivery teams across exhibitions, events, video, digital and communications planning and writing, acting as key agency liaison with the client providing guidance and oversight for both the client and internal teams in creating value and excellent results
Manage multiple and varied budgets from administration, quality control, and pipeline forecasting
Be responsible for the commercial value of projects, including fees and time spent to maintain margin
Provide proactive and solutions-oriented account management for excellent client service
Work with the Client Services Director to take an active role in developing and acquiring new business by proactively managing and maintaining good client relationships
Develop and manage account plans and provide monthly reports on account progress
Be curious and observant, interpret client challenges to potentially identify new business opportunities
Organically promote the full range of TCEG services as appropriate and fit for client needs

Good experience in pharmaceutical sector / account management
Good experience in pharmaceutical congress and exhibitions
Good experience in internal conferences and events
Excellent listener
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
